Friends dropped round two swedes in the weekend wishing us good luck finding something to make with them.
While hunting for a recipe I came across this crusty top recipe (having just made cauliflower cheese for dinner ... it is now melting on the fire).
I then proceeded to make swede chips which I thought were yummy.

Overlaying the tele with nothing on

No respect for the Environment Canterbury!
What the?!?
I completed 3 online submissions opposing factory dairy farming in the fragile MacKenzie country.
Instead of 3 email replies I get three letters - identical in all but a few minor details ... like the colour of the "Environment Cantebury" logo at the top.
Whoops did I forget to tick the ... "reply to me via email box"? No I think not.
This is ludicrous, such a waste of precious resources. And who paid for it??!

3 window envelopes, 15 pieces A4 paper ... 6 of those only printed on one side!

Webtasia
I noticed how beautifully this spider web was reflecting the suns light. It is totally out of focus but this of course makes the light bands larger. Isn't nature just fabulous!
